Booking conditions
A contract is created when the Customer and the service provider Company agree on an appointment. The Customer can make an appointment by telephone or electronically.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the service. Cancellations after 7 days will be charged the full price. Cancellations must be notified by calling 040 654 5879. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled time will not be charged.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer pays for the service on the spot at
by payment card or by bank transfer to the account specified by Your Pet at the time of the service or at the latest on the next working day.
The service provider is entitled to charge an advance payment if necessary. The customer must inform
before the appointment and the actual service if the customer is unable to pay or cannot
otherwise pay for the service as described above. The service provider has the right
to suspend its contractual obligations if circumstances arise which give reason to suspect that
the customer will not fulfil its contractual obligations. In the event of late payment, the customer is liable
to pay interest on arrears in accordance with the Interest Act, as well as reminder and collection costs.
Liability for damages
The client is liable for any damage caused by him or his pet
to property, real estate, people and other dogs.
The client must inform the service provider of the pet's actual state of health. The service provider has the right not to provide the service if the pet's state of health is
unsuitable for the service.
Storage and processing of customer data
The creation, storage and disclosure of client and patient information and
confidentiality are governed by the relevant laws and other
regulations.
